Professor Larry Coldren received the International Conference on Indium Phosphide & Related Materials (IPRM) Award in recognition of his leading contributions to the development of InP-based semiconductor lasers and photonic integrated circuits for optical fiber communications. The award was presented on June 30th at the 2015 Compound Semiconductor Week, held at UC Santa Barbara.
